Last August, Dr. Seddon was honoured with the designation, FAGD, which stands for Fellowship of the Academy of General Dentistry. Over the long weekend, he travelled to Nashville for the annual AGD Conference to receive the highest designation given out to members; MAGD, Master of Academy of General Dentistry.
Dr. Seddon is the youngest recipient to have achieved the MAGD and the only representative from British Columbia, Canada. The requirements for this designation is to complete 1000 hours of approved continuing education, to be a member in good standing in the Academy and to have a Fellowship Award.
While in Nashville, Dr. Seddon and our CDA, Kyla both participated in the Fun Run/Walk 5K. The event’s aim was to raise funds that will benefit underserved people in the United States.
